Monster Madness
In this 4-day course, students will create their own creature! We will be learning about and using traditional sculpting tools and techniques. Using armature wire to build a strong foundation and newspaper to create shape, our creatures will start to come alive. Adding a plaster outside will give it its outer strength. Then we add the personality with paint and texture. Students will be working on one sculpture throughout the week. While creating their own unique creature they will be learning how to sculpt from the inside out.
Each class time will be from 9:30-11:00 am. Personal water bottles are encouraged.
Ages 5-15:
June 16-19, 9:30-11
Cost:
$125 per student
This class has a minimum enrollment requirement of four students. You will be notified 2 weeks before the start date if the minimum has not been met.
